UK condemns 10-year sentence for dual national in Iran as tensions rise

British-Iranian labour rights activist’s sentencing coincides with deteriorating relations between western allies and Iran The UK government has hit out at reports that a British-Iranian labour rights activist has been given a sentence of 10 years in Tehran for participating in an outlawed group.
