Offices closed

Borders closed

Malls are empty

Events called off

Flights grounded

But, let’s not forget... 

Hospitals open

Grocery stores open

Police stations open

Essential services open 

While people are afraid to even look at each other, medical staff are taking pulses and examining patients.

While people are afraid to even be near each other, grocery store workers are bagging groceries and stocking shelves.

And while people are afraid to touch each other, police officers and essential service providers are offering a helping hand to those in need.

While it’s not easy being at home, let’s not forget to appreciate those selfless workers that put their lives on the line to help others in need 🙏🏻❤️
